General objectives of the Tourism and Hospitality Research Centre
- Promote and boost research activities in the areas of Hospitality, Catering and Tourism;
- Carry out research studies, alone or partnering with external organisations or other research centres from IPP;
- Develop multidisciplinary research projects addressing local needs and involving industry professionals.
