Human Resources

This service manages recruitment and work contract renewal processes, data processing of all faculty members and non-teaching staff in the Shared Services and its Units. Its main functions and responsibilities are as follows:

─ Maintaining and updating the databases and the human resources individual files;
─ Managing the processes related to the performance appraisal systems required by law;
─ Managing the administrative processes and personnel data inherent to the creation, modification, suspension and extinction of legal employment relationships;
─ Managing all the administrative processes resulting from permanent or temporary employment contracts, including those related to staff mobility, accumulation and permission to work with other entities, external collaborations and work leaves, as well as administrative processes related to career progression or promotion.
