Campus 2, located on the border between the municipalities of Póvoa de Varzim and Vila do Conde, houses the School of Hospitality and Tourism (ESHT) and the School of Media Arts and Design (ESMAD), and is divided into seven blocks (A through G).
Block A houses the Luís Soares Auditorium.
In addition to theoretical classrooms, ESMAD's Block B houses photography labs, three amphitheaters, a multimedia lab, and a project support room. Furthermore, there are computer labs, project classrooms, a 2D and 3D printing room, a drawing room, a graphic production room, a student workroom, and a design workshop. This block also houses the ESHT restaurant, kitchen, and showcooking area, spaces that have since been replaced by those in Block D, but are still operational.
Block C houses the faculty offices.
ESHT's Block D houses the theoretical classrooms and showcooking spaces, a central production kitchen, individual kitchens, a specialized pastry/bakery kitchen, a tasting room (for oenology, olive oils, or coffee), a food chemistry laboratory, and a food microbiology laboratory. ESHT boasts a new Application Bar and Restaurant, equipped with the finest materials to enhance its community engagement and establish itself as a benchmark in the restaurant industry. It also includes the accommodation laboratory.
Block E houses administrative services, the president's offices, and the library.
Block F is the social building, housing the cafeteria, the bar, the two student associations, and the men's and women's tunas.
Block G, ESMAD's new building, is adjacent to the auditorium building and houses a television studio, a photography studio, a black box studio, audio suites, video suites, scanning/photographic processing suites, a storage area for props, and studio support materials. These suites are equipped with the latest video, audio, and image processing technology, as well as audio and video production and post-production facilities, as well as two photography labs for film development.
