Accounting, Budget and Treasury Unit

Its role in the organisation includes the preparation, accompaniment and rendering of the accounting books to the competent entities, as well as  the collection of revenue and making payments. Its main functions and responsibilities are as follows:

─ Collecting revenues and issuing receipts;
─ Processing revenues and expenses;
─ Preparing  and monitoring budget execution;
─ Making payments and gathering the corresponding receipts;
─ Organising and presenting the accounting documentation;
─ Providing information for budget execution indicators.
