ESHT’s Administrative Services
ESHT’s Administrative Services develops its activity around the administrative support to the procedures carried out by the School’s governing bodies.
Hospitality and Catering Laboratory
The Hospitality and Catering Laboratory supports the training activities carried out in the Teaching Restaurant and Kitchen, while also cooperating with the Office for the Provision of Outside Services in all the events held in and outside the School.
Teaching Support and Internationalisation Services
Teaching Support and Internationalisation Services include the following areas: Registrar's Office and Teaching Activities Unit and International Relations.

Financial Management and Human Resources Services
Financial Management and Human Resources Services include the following areas: Procurement and Assets; Accounting, Budget and Treasury Unit; and Human Resources.
Technical Resources Services
Technical Resources Services include the following areas: Buildings and Fleet; Information Systems and Computer Administration.
