Transform the business model of regional enotourism industries through the creation of a multifunctional training platform, promoting innovation, regional development, and collaborative digital solutions. Develop digital tools to support the enotourism sector in European wine regions (Catalonia, Porto, Veneto, and Bordeaux), strengthening both local and international tourism; Create innovative pathways for micro-credentials in the wine sector, aimed at students, professionals, and lifelong learners, to revitalize the human resources needed for innovation and sustainability in the industry; Provide sustainable solutions for professionalization and marketing of local wine industries, based on collaborative public-private approaches, both intra- and inter-regional.
ENOTOUR Virtual Platform, with three components:
Educational: adaptation of international modules into MOOCs, available as micro-credentials for university students, VET learners, and industry professionals.
Corporate: tools for self-assessment and improvement of the enotourism business in wineries.
Touristic: interactive space to connect tourists and wineries, featuring virtual visits, tastings, and experiences supported by AI.
