From 29 June to 3 July 2026, the School of Hospitality and Tourism hosted the Blended Intensive Programmes Generation Wine 2.0 and Sip & Savour, bringing together 40 international participants from Hungary, Romania, Germany and Croatia.
Throughout an intensive week, students and lecturers took part in immersive and sensory experiences dedicated to wine tourism, Portuguese gastronomy and regional products, with activities in Porto, the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region and the São Pedro festivities in Póvoa de Varzim.
Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, these initiatives strengthen ESHT’s commitment to internationalisation, pedagogical innovation and the promotion of the region through gastronomy and wine.
